Während Friedrich sich resigniert zurückzieht, will Bruno Informationen zur geplanten Fusion sammeln, um eine Gegenstrategie entwickeln zu können. Er fasst den Plan, Sophies Büro mit Hilfe eines Babyphons abzuhören und bekommt so heraus, dass für den nächsten Tag die Details der Fusion in Paolos Wohnung geklärt werden sollen. Bruno will daraufhin auch Paolos Wohnung verwanzen.
