Sophie hat nur sehr wenig Zeit, um ihren Plan umzusetzen, ohne Millionen zu verlieren. Um vom Kartellamt die Bewilligung für die Fusion zu bekommen, muss sie schnellstmöglich die Schuhfirma abstoßen. Doch das Unternehmen gestaltet sich schwieriger als geplant. Friedrich resigniert und ist sich sicher, dass mit dem Verkauf die Fusion über die Bühne gehen wird.
